Shipping Policy:
- Shipping Providers: We ship our handmade items via USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service).
- Shipping Rates: The shipping rates for your orders will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.Â
- Order Processing Time: We strive to process and ship your orders within 2-5 business days after the order is placed, unless otherwise specified. Please note that custom or personalized items may require additional processing time.

Return Policy:
- Returns Eligibility: We accept returns for candles, wax melts, Christmas ornaments, and individual jar decor items. However, these items must be unused and undamaged. Please make sure to return the products in their original packaging from Jarful House to prevent any additional damage during transit.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team or reach out to the owner. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a returning shipping label if applicable.
- Refund Process: A full refund will be issued once the returned item is delivered to us and inspected. Please note that if any parts are missing or the item is damaged, the refund may be rejected for those particular components or partial refund will be issued.
- Custom and Personalized Items: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for custom or personalized items as they are specially made for you.
- Wholesale Orders: If you wish to return a wholesale order, please get in touch with our team member or owner to discuss the return process.
- Wall Sconces, Wall Signs, and Mason Jars Set Decor: Returns are allowed for wall sconces, wall signs, and mason jars set decor. However, the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipping and covering the associated shipping fees. If you would like to use a shipping label provided by Jarful House, the shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Please note that all returns are subject to our inspection and approval. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet our return policy criteria.
